I am planning to try one of those clothing optional places and was told to put sunblock. But is it safe to sunblock on penis? Thanks

Yes it's safe and it's WAY preferable to getting your penis burned. Imagine the pain when the skin starts peeling... As your penis seldom sees sunshine, it's very, VERY sensitive to sunburn.
